Inclement Weather/NTI Days

Inclement Weather Information

The Kenton County School District will continue to utilize NTI (Non Traditional Instruction) days as student attendance days for the 25-26 school year due to a potential need to close for our facilities to in person instruction due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The use of NTI days will allow for a continuation of instruction for all students due to an emergency situation or weather.

The first 5 weather related days where school is cancelled (Snow Days #1-5) will be "traditional snow days" for students and staff and NTI will not be utilized. These will be normal snow days where students and staff are OFF school.

KCSD will utilize NTI days after the first five weather related days (Snow Days #6-10). NTI days will be very similar to what they were like in years past. Students will have assignments (online or previously sent home) to complete. Teachers will be communicating specific NTI Day information.
